All claims must be made on shipping documents at time of receipt with driver present. Performance of lumber is not guaranteed.
Please note: All wood cracks and ages over time. The rate of cracking depends upon many variables including use, humidity, and temperature variability. We try to select the best quality lumber available, however we cannot be responsible for cracking of wood products. You can choose to have us crack fill the wood rails for an extra cost, prior to painting them, which delays the appearance of cracking. If you are not sure about the condition of the rails, please select rails locally.

Please order carefully. Returns for regular PVC or polyethylene stock items accepted within seven days of receipt of purchase. Custom orders, painted items and wood items not returnable. Returns must be in new condition. Shipping not included. All returns/cancellations subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Rails not crack filled unless specifically ordered. Products sold FOB at the factory. Customer is responsible for tracking and managing shipment for shipments, especially Commercial Freight via truck. Residential deliveries subject to surcharge. All Estimates subject to office review.
